The practicalities

Practical information

Everything is ready to serve upon delivery, arranged on our tableware (must be cleaned upon collection).

The hot food is in a warming box and can stay warm for 3-4 hours (cut and taken directly out of the warming box and served).

All orders are delivered free of charge throughout Greater Copenhagen for min. 10 people
All prices include VAT, delivery and return service pick-up again (by agreement).
Payment: cash or MobilePay, on delivery or by agreement.

Cook for serving larger parties: DKK 1500 per item.

Waiter, serving and cleaning staff can be arranged.

All beverages are provided. Guidance on choice of drinks.
Whole unopened bottles are returned

All orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance, quantity can be adjusted to 2 days before delivery.
It is a good idea to reserve the date well in advance if you want to avoid us being busy.

All hot food is delivered in a hot box, which can be borrowed for free against return, or purchased for DKK 800 per item.
Packaging fee for all disposable packaging: DKK 600 is charged for every 25 people or DKK 25 per person.
but we are also happy to serve (and free of charge) on Copenhagen Catering’s service against return in cleaned condition.
